There's just a really good chemistry here," Thermite stated. This upcoming season will be Kane's third with the team and forth as a teammate to Thermite. Numbers and sponsors will not be announced until after this current season ends. Thermite explained that he wants to keep the team's focus solely on the task at hand, which is finishing out the current season on a high note.

BSR is close to finalizing its plans for 2016
BSR announced today that the team will return next year for the fifth anniversary of PBC. Sources close to the team have said that 714 has struck a deal with another team to buy into BSR for '16.
When asked 714 was quoted saying "Everything is more or less in place on the Menards side for next year. BSR will return with plans on running strong, winning races, and running for the championship. We will be running two cars, the 6 and 16. Team ID is set, team sponsors are lined up and we have started approaching primary sponsors for both teams"
714 was then asked what the teams plans for the Fastenal series is so far...
"We still have not finalized plans for the Fastenal series, with Vaders announcement earlier today we have at least one opening on the Fastenal side. We are looking for painters, part time or full time.
To celebrate the teams history in PBC the Fastenal team will go by the name of Red Shift Racing." RSR was the name the team originally was known by when it was owned and operated by Thermite after he and 714 took over ownership after taking over the PBC original team ASR.

Energy Signs With BSR for 2016
INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Energy announced on Friday that he has reached an agreement with BlueShift Racing for next season. The third-year PBCup competitor will pilot the #16 Ford Fusion alongside 714 in 2016. "He and I are among the league leaders," said Energy, who is currently 2nd in the Snap-On Series standings. "And with both of us driving Fords, it made perfect sense to team up. I believe BSR will be a consistent threat for race wins next season." Energy went on to say that with the signing, Fusion Autosport will relocate upon the 2015 season's conclusion to merge it's assets with BSR.

LSM Announces Close After 2015:
In a rapid turn of events for LSM, the shop will be closing after the remaining 4 2015 races.
"It just seems like the best option at the moment. Maybe down the road, we can wipe the cobwebs off the shop and put it under a new name. Who knows." AZspud said Sunday.
Codered declined a contract extension, and the team was unable to sign IJARD.
AZspud will be turning to his remaining entries to try and secure a spot at a different team in time for the 2016 season - preferably with time to prep.

Questions remain about the future for FCR. During a test session over the weekend Current Exide Series title contender Nightowl was asked about 2016 plans. “I will be back in a Double Zero FCR machine next year, but other than that, we still have a lot to figure out” stated Nightowl. The pilot of the 7UP Toyota Camry says that he wants to compete for the Fastenal Series Championship in 2016. “I’m committed to competition and I would love to go into the Fastenal Series next year as the defending Exide Series Champion or at the very least, a race winner.” Nightowl still has his sights set on the Exide Series title even though he will compete with the Snap-On Series at Richmond. The desire is apparent but there are many questions still looming over Full Circle Racing. Painter Double Zero stated that he is in talks with at least two major sponsors for the upcoming season. “Were not ready to say yet as nothing is official. A lot depends on the state of the team, what manufacture we end up with and how many teams were putting on track” The second year driver did let on that talks between the team and current manufacture, Toyota, have stalled. “They expect wins and we haven’t been able to provide those yet this year.” Through 6 Exide series races this year, Ford and Chevrolet have split with 3 wins each. Nightowl was also asked about expansion plans. “Leadfoot has told me he wants to come back, but he has a lot going on over the next 18 months so he may be a part time effort.” Nightowl also stated his desire to grow FCR. “I would love to add a third car, preferably a veteran who can provide a keen eye and attention to detail for both Leadfoot and I, but we are open to all inquiries, including technical alliances.”
Nightowl currently sits 9th in PBC Points on the strength of 5 podium finishes, including 4 runner-ups, in all 5 Exide Series races this season and a 6th place finish in his lone Snap-On Series start.

Whilst wearing a onesie with the Chicago Cubs after their 2-0 victory against the Dodgers (they are all wearing onesies, look it up), an overly enthusiastic random dude spilled some of the beans over what his 2016 plans are.
He stated: "Next year will most likely be part time. The only things that are confirmed at the moment is that I will be back in some retrospect and sporting a shiny new Toyota, with a nice new number on the side."
What number he would be running was mumbled and unable to be understood. But this breaking news which everyone in the world and PBC should care about, ponder and cherish, will be a focal point of discussion over the next few weeks.

Leadfoot Signs Contract Extention With Full Circle Racing
Pittsburgh, PA Leadfoot, a veteran of the Paint Booth Cup for just oger two years, will be back behind the wheel for Full Circle Racing in 2016. When asked about the upcoming season with the team, Leadfoot had this to say: "I think the team has made significant progress this year with both of our cars, and we feel we can keep the momentum up for next year. Both Nightowl and myself have show great leaps in confidence and skills, so we're excited to see where we end up next year."
Leadfoof also hinted at a possible manufactuer swap to take place at the beginning of next year. When asked if the team would continue with Toyota, who have helped field cars since late 2014, Leadfoot gave us this responce: "Toyota is a great company to paint for, but a few members have come forward andsaid that they'd rather run a different brand. We're not entirly sure what exactly we're doing in 2016 yet, but once we get the full details, we'll send it into the Media Center." With the PBC splitting into multiple forms of competition, Lead said he would like to try something a bit different this year, possibly a replica series, just to mix things upa bit from the norm. He had no comment on a number or sponsor signing at the time. He was however able to say that the team has had talks of expanding to a three or even a four car team, which would quite literally double the team's resources. However, it is not be confirmed, nor denied that this is the case.

Rumor has it that Vader0309 is trying to find a way back into the paint booth. While he does not have the resources to compete at the moment there is still the possibility that could change by 2016. Another note, while he has been out of the paint booth since March, the former Target series champion has picked up a personal services contract with Chevrolet.

WCR in Talks with PBC Veteran. While thermite_917 continues to prepare for Windy City Racing's 2016 season, he was approached by Vader0309. Vader stated, "If NASCAR '15 becomes backwards compatible with the Xbox One, I want to paint part time." He went on to say that he wants to paint for a Chevy team and asked if Windy City Racing has an opening. Currently, thermite is already has a couple people in mind to run full-time for WCR's Fastenal team. However, since Vader would only be part-time, the rules would allow for more than four painters total on a team if two are part-time. This would mean there's a chance at signing Vader, but everything would have to align just right. "We'd love to have you," Thermite simply replied. More details coming soon.
