I think for those picking big parent companies, they should state which 3 brands within it they plan on using. Wouldn't be fair to hog a company with 15 sub-brands if someone else also wanted one of those sub-brands.

Energy you know you can share secondaries right? If 714 has Discount Tire you can swap it with something to have more variety.

The Gillette website directly names Oral-B and Braun as their partner brands. From what I can read, it looks like The Gillette Company still operates as a subsidiary of P&G with those 3 brands. So instead of P&G, I'll narrow it down to The Gillette Company. Sorry for the hassle.
EDIT: I didn't realize that secondaries could be shared either, that's why Leadfoot and I have the same ones..lol When is this finalized?

Not sure when it's finalized. Probably as we pick, but I'm sure we'll be able to make changes up until the first race of the season if necessary.
