Please feel free to leave feedback for all the cars entered into race 6. This was a really great group of cars, and I can see most of these cars going to the Chase, so feedback and tips for improvement will be a huge help for all the painters!
It is not required, but it would be great to see everyone fill out a feedback for the rest of the guys! Feedback and helping others is what continues to make everyone better, and the cars in Race 6 show that! Good Luck to everyone in Race 7 @ Richmond!

Wow! What a great field of cars this race! You all really stepped up your game! This is beyond the toughest race to score yet. There are a lot of cars in this race that if they were entered in any of the previous races, could have potentially won. But with all the them in the same race, it's tough to see such great cars not get the win! But that's how it goes sometimes! I'm just proud to be part of such a great group of guys that can create cars that blow people's minds! Congrats to all on your great cars! Now some feedback...
6 – Best car of the year coming out of the BSR garage! You're starting to get back to the old 714 with great overall cars. So far this year, you've had some great brushes, but the overall look of the car has been kinda boring. But this car is the whole package! I think you've got a great chance at a top 3 finish.
28 – When I first seen your car, I thought oh boy, my streak of wins in in serious jeopardy. Your car is absolutely awesome! The detail and quality of your cracker brush is mind blowing! The sponsor logos are perfect, and the base scheme is full of detail and it works great for the car. But after your car, there were a lot of heavy hitters brought out, so it's going to be a crazy hard battle for the win this week, but I wish you the best of luck. You're starting to peak, and it's almost Chase time, I could see you making a run and stealing the trophy at the end of the year!
9 – This is probably your best car to date. It kind of hurts your car that nightowl entered a donut car last week, and even though your's was made before his, his was still entered first, so originality is going to be a little hard. But the quality of your logos are getting better and better, and the overall car is good! Looking forward to what you are bringing to the track next race! Hopefully you can contend for your first Exide win.
25 – Finally, you fixed your number! And it looks a million times better! The front and sides of the car look good with the rainbow design, but the roof and hood of the car with the huge areas of colors look out of place. I wish you would have continued the rainbow concept instead of just using the big squares of color. The only other thing, is to make your secondary sponsor logos a little bigger, and place them in spots to show them off.
00 – This car for me personally was hard to score. It had a lot of great things about it, and some things that made me second guess things. The one big thing for me is the water droplets. They were a nice touch on the car, but I feel like your logos should have been on top of the droplets on all parts of the car. It was confusing to me that on the hood and roof of the car, the droplets are on top of the logos and numbers, but on the sides, they are underneath everything. You can also clearly tell that there is different shades of blue between the numbers and Rain-X logo on the sides of the car, it just catches my eye and it looks kinda weird. But overall, another quality car from you!
13 – It's good to have you back buddy! I for one, missed seeing a car from you last race! But this car certainly didn't dissapoint! It has the classic Spud feel, and the attention to detail and the different styles and graphics you use are top notch! Your style is just super cool! The skelton and No Fear logo are absolutely spot on perfect, like your logos always are. This car is one of my favorite's of yours! Keep up the great work and hopefully you are planning on another new car for Race 7! Can't wait to see it!
80 – The “replica” guy finally figured out how to create original cars! Haha. And man oh man, it looks sharp! I not only think you have the Exide win locked up hands down, but you are a serious contender for a top finish this week for sure! The car just has the wow factor, and the Mt. Dew can gives the car the extra needed difficulty that you've been lacking the past couple races. This is easily your best car to date, and with the amount of improvement you've been making, your next car could be a contender for the overall win!
44 – Welcome to the PBC! For your first car, it's a solid scheme. A few little things for suggestion, first off, the d looks to be a little smaller than the k in the logo, I would maybe try and fix that. I had to go look at the logo to make sure it wasn't suppose to be like that, and while doing so, I noticed their newer, more edgy logo. It would have been really cool to see you use that logo instead. But all in all, it's a good first entry and I look forward to seeing you improve going forward!
15 – That Pepsi Max can looks so realistic, I have never seen a bottle or can of any sort that even comes close to matching yours. Absolutely stunning, and very well done! The rest of the car to me could have used some more color. I also don't see a single billboard logo on your car, and that's a major sponsor to go along with pepsi and the summer beats. Maybe you didn't feel you could use billboard being it wasn't one of your sponsors, so that probably isn't a huge deal, but I still think it would have added a little to the scheme.
97 – I think it's great you are trying to make a custom number. You know as well as we all do, it still needs some work, but you're at least making progress and trying to do more with custom brushes! I applaud you for that. Overall, the scheme is a bit boring for me. We've seen this sponsor a lot and the color choices are always the same, so originality is not a strong suit for this car, so maybe try and use new sponsors to keep things fresh! I also would try using the gloss or metallic paint option, and not use matte finish.
1 – Overall the car represents Cheeze It brand very well. Nice choice on colors and the car is nice and clean. Two things might hurt your score this week. One, your teammate entering another cheeze it car with much more detail, and a second major thing I'd like to point out, and I've pointed this out in the past to azspud. There is no clear picture of the hood or top of the car. It makes it almost impossible to score accurately and that is going to potentially hurt your scores.
34 – Good luck in your next year of school! Hopefully everything goes smooth for you in the transition, and you're able to start painting again. Hope to see a new scheme from you in Race 7.
17 – This is by far your best car of the year! I knew you had something in the works and it was going to be good, but I wasn't expecting it to be Oreo, haha! I like the car a lot, and it's a great car, but I honestly think that your cars in the past seasons still might have been just a tiny bit better. I don't think you'll ever beat you camera or spark plug brushes. But I'm sure you'll continue to try. My only critiques on your car is the white squiggly lines on the lemon, just in front of the side vents. It just looks weird. And the leaves on the front fenders just don't hold up to the quality of realism that the rest of the car does. But overall, this car should be a top 3 car, no doubt.

Thanks for the feedback, jhartwig! I like how I kind of threw you off and made you think I was doing Sprite lol. I agree, my camera and spark plug brushes still have these beat, but I don't remember ever having this many difficult brushes on a car at the same time, so I'm happy I pushed myself to do that, especially since you were one who criticized me some this season that my brushes were a little too easy! And as far as the lemon goes, I was trying to get a shine effect, but I agree it does look a little weird there. And maybe I could have improved the leaves a little or messed with their placement, but it is what it is for now. I will definitely take your feedback and apply it in the Chase!
6 - I think this is your best car of the season! Don't get down on yourself for thinking you're not going to win, because this one is definitely going to be a contender. It just sucks that you entered this one in the most competitive field of the season lol. But anyway, you finally have a really strong base scheme to back up your really strong logos, so great job!
28 - You're just continuing your quest to the top, aren't you! Those Cheez-It crackers are very realistic, and that's what it takes if you're going to place them all around the car. Also, the subtle but detailed thing you have going on in the base scheme goes with the sponsor really well. I would have liked to have seen an associate sponsor in front of or behind the rear tire. I know you wanted the crackers to be the star, but I think that would have given it a little more of a complete look. But that's really my only suggestion. Very nice scheme!
9 - It's always nice to see a painter continue to improve! I can tell you're trying to push yourself to go bigger on your schemes, and it's going to pay off. It might be tough entering this scheme after nightowl did his yada yada... but that doesn't take anything away from the fact that this is still a good scheme. Your Dunkin logo might even be a little better than his!
25 - Definitely your best scheme of the season. There aren't really any awkward or flow-breaking areas in the base scheme like you've had in the past. I probably wouldn't have used the larger colored shapes on the roof and hood, and while your associate sponsors have good placement, they could be a tiny bit bigger, but overall nice job!
00 - I'll just go ahead and be honest and say this car is a bit of a step back from you, which is a little disappointing because I know you have the potential to go for wins. I like how your base isn't as busy as your Dunkin car, but the droplets hurt it a little. I think you should have picked whether they should go above or below the logos, not both. They're also a little distracting. If you shrink them and work on the 3D effect a little, this car would be really sleek! The gradient in the "R" of your Rain X logo could use a little work as well, and the bottle on the back is way too big because of all the curves in the car it has to go over. I know I'm saying a lot, but this isn't a bad car by any means. It just needs to be cleaned up a little.
13 - Spud is back! Your logos are near perfect as usual and the base goes great with the sponsor. Like Hartwig said, your style of painting is so fun to see. You've always had cars that would look great in real life. I'd love to see you get hired as a real paint scheme designer because I think you have what it takes to make cars that are totally eye-catching while not being over-the-top.
10 - First of all, that last sentence I typed to spud certainly applies to you too! You just have no quit this season. Your logos and Dorito decals are amazing, and while your base is kind of simple, I freaking love the gradients! It just works so well with everything and shows that you don't need a really complex car to be a contender. However, this might be your best chance to not win yet (which is rare lol), but it's obviously nothing against this car if you don't. It's just because this is an extremely competitive field this week!
80 - You might just be the best multi-category painter out there right now (and by that I mean replicas and originals). I've never seen a replica-only painter transition so well to originals. It's like when open-wheel drivers switch to NASCAR lol. But man, this scheme definitely has that "wow factor"! It pops and it's crazy... but it's clean and works really really well. Great job again!
44 - Nice debut entry! azspud picked a good teammate. Simple base scheme but pretty clean. The logos could maybe use a little work (there's some consistency issues between some of the letters, and the CAT logo could use an outline), but just keep improving! Looking forward to your next entry!
15 - Well... that's pretty good. Lol. This scheme definitely looks like a Pepsi Max type scheme. It's crazy and fun and you did it really well! The can with the condensation blows me away! I'm waiting for people to say you Photoshopped this car haha. I'll disagree with Hartwig and say you don't need more color because that might take away from all the details you have. Just a really great job.
97 - Like Hartwig said, I applaud you for trying another custom number! It obviously needs work, but it's better than nothing. Try finding the font that you want online and then treating it like any other logo. It's always easier to have something in front of you to go off of. And you've used the ESP logo and similar base scheme a lot this year. Let's see some more variety!
1 - It's always tough when someone enters the same sponsor as you in the same race and kicks your butt with it. Lol no offense, but obviously there will be comparisons. Yours is good in its own way though! The colors work well and it's a nice simple scheme. I know you went more with the bold base scheme route than the realistic decal route. However, the Cheez-It crackers need a little work. Your good associate sponsor decals help balance that out a little though.
34 - Not much to say since this was a re-entry, but I do really like this car nonetheless. Good luck with school!

Hartwig, Thermite, thank you guys. I love this car but certainly didn't expect the reactions I've gotten about it. I have some plans for this car in case I decide to run it in the Chase, and I think I might. Also, I think later on I MAY have some feedback, if not it'll be tomorrow afternoon!

I appreciate the feedback guys, I'm trying to push and go for overall wins and its good to hear great feedback at the same time. To be honest, I didn't like how the car was coming out about 80% of the time while adding to it. I do like how it finally came out, and I'm glad I'm headed the right direction making PBC cars.
6- When I see your cars I always think "it lacks in body work/base design". This weeks entry definitely sent that the other way, it looks really solid. It's gonna be a really competitive field, but this definitely belongs in the better half.
28- I like the concept of making the deck-lid the boards for that A&W logo. That texture design all over the car was a nice touch, but maybe with this car you could have used that as an idea to try creating a really nice looking base design off it. Still good though, especially the "Zingz" logo with the effects/gradients on it.
9- I think this is the best one you've entered. Its got a really nice concept to the base, but with that concept I think pushing more towards photo-realism a bit by adding more effects to the drops or some kind of fancy gradient work, to make it pop more. But its still the best I believe I saw you enter so far.
25- This is definitely an interesting idea to try, but besides that I don't think it was pushed as far as it can really go. I think trying to re-size or skew your 25 would make it look a bit better. Solid design though, you've clearly gotten better over time.
00- I really like this paint scheme, probably because of my love for the combo of blue/yellow. Its got a flowing base and never gets dull, but the bubbles going over the "rain-x" logo and under the number kinda confuses me, plus I think a better bottle on the hood/back could have been created. It looks 2-D up until the 3-D cap design. Still a really nice looking car.
13- I always enjoy your cars, this one was something I've never seen anyone else attempt. The skull is cool and every text looks pretty awesome. I like the effects you always put on the cars for base design. Awesome entry.
10- Not gonna lie, you got me hyped for this one! You had a lot of optimism in how this one was turning out. The 3-D Doritos look awesome, so does that 3-D mouth and text near the back. I expected more of an overall design because it does look plain in some areas, but the white layered colors behind the logo and number looks amazing, so do the colors on this one. It's a great car to add to your huge number of great cars.
15- I like the little designs you always use and put them everywhere, your cars always have great attention to detail in every aspect. Your number compliments the car a lot, and the can on the hood was beautifully done and looks absolutely amazing. Definitely an interesting submission from someone who clearly knows what they're doing.
97- Definitely improvement in the number side, even though this one has flaws too. You might wanna make a simple 97, nothing outrageous. ESP is awesome, try doing different guitar brands like Epiphone or whatever you can get your hands on when you can. Sizing could be better too, as well as more complicated base designs.
1- I love the colors on this one and where you put them. It represents the logo strongly. The Cheez-its on the sides look awkward the way they get dark on the edges, but other than that its a very solid, logo representing paint scheme.
34- A re-entry so it wont be going for the win, but I still love the bottle on the side with all that custom text.
17- I love the photo-realism all over this car, with gradients to really show detail. The cookie on the hood looks amazing, so does every text on this car. Well executed, and one of your best you've ever made.

What can i say but daaayyummm. Lots of great cars, I gave a lot of ties.
28emo - I liked the textured base, the detail in the brushes etc. 9emo - the sprinkles in the base look nice, i like the two tone, the splashes could use some variation. 25emo - one of your better cars this season. I agree with what the 80 said and would try to skew the number, maybe make it a little thicker. Not sure about the base, the color changes on the top are to far apart, maybe getting more colors on the hood. 00emo - The water drop tutorial really made your scheme. Good use of color in the base. One thing as you post better schemes they get looked at closer. What I noticed is the shading on the water drops is not consistent. When adding lighting the white side is where the light source is coming from the dark side is the shadow, it needs to be consistent. If you have some drops with the white on the top they all need to have the white on the top. Like I said when you start getting compared to the top 5 cars its really about the details. 13emo - If you sold 13 merch id be buying a 13 shirt every race. Logo is perfect, base works great with sponsor. 10 out of 10. What hurt your car on my scorecard was the photo realism on others cars. 10emo - great detail with the 3d doritos, logos are solid as always and the base works well with the sponsor. Top 5 cars are really tough to score. I was comparing it closely with the 28, some textures of gradients would have helped the base stand out more. 80emo - Same as your teammate, the soda can is good, rest of the cars fits the sponsor well. Top 5 cars are really close. I was comparing your car to the 15 and it came down to soda can vs soda can. Some more detail to give it more of a 3d effect would really make it pop. 44- at scoring your pics were not loading, from what I could remember its a great first entry, base did look like a replica but I didnt get a chance to look into that. 15emo - good texture to the base, details in the soda can, and I liked the use of a seasonal promo with the sponsor. 97emo - nice to see you trying new things, the new custom number needs some refining. It would be nice to see another sponsor to add to originality, still great watching you improve and try new things over the season. 1emo - the big cheese, I like the base but it was hard to tell if the black outline is around all of the yelloe or if it just gets thin in spots. The logo could use some refinement and more detail in the cheez-it would help. 34emo - Still a great car, hope you got your move done. If you reuse this car in the chase I hope you change a few things up before reposting it a third time. 17emo - Im not giving you any feedback. If anything I should be pointing out parts you should take away to give the rest of the field a chance. Best car of the season! Now the question is, when will you play this car in the chase...

6- this is by far you're best scheme of the season imo. I love the colors and the detail of the lime. Always a really good showing. I do have one issue though... The bud light font on the hood looks a bit off. As popular as this logo is, it needs to be dead on. But overall a really good looking ride!
9- ah, the floating donut... Nice air. This car lacks a bit for me. After seeing nightowls car it's hard not to see what this sponsor is capable of. There is a lot of detail in this car though and the sponsor looks great!! It is probably the best entry thus far. You are continually getting better and that's what the PBC is all about. Push your limits. When I first started, i never in a million years thought I would be making the things I am now.
25- THAT NUMBER THO!! Awesome job recreating it! It definitely boosted your score some. Your sponsors look good and I know what you were going for on he base scheme. The sides worked, the top not so much... I wish you could've carried the flow of the sides toward the top of the car. I believe It would have meshed better. Like I said to azspud, push the limits. Go all out! You'll be surprised at what you can create.
00- I really like this scheme. The raindrops should've been smaller imo, and more of them. But the effect of the drop is nicely done. The base scheme is really cool. You didn't go all crazy with it, but it works. And yeah a very hard scheme to score. But overall a great piece of artwork.
13- well, you have no fear... I see why this is your sponsor. You are always one to push the boundaries on your logos. A simple yet clean and difficult scheme. Goes right along with your style of painting. I can't get over that skull, awesome job. The one thing I wish was different about this scheme is the expanded metal. The middle piece looks to be smaller than the two outer pieces. Don't know if that was on purpose or not, I just think it would've looked better.
10- so I give a cheez-it and you give a freakin 3D Dorito... Smh. Lol. Seriously it's awesome! Those gradients are great, I'm not a fan of darker green cars but you pulled it off with those gradients. Kudos. Great overall scheme, but this week is packed full of cars that could've easily won other races. Work cut out for us all on the score sheet.
80- great work on this scheme. The bright orange really sets this thing off! I bet this thing would glow at a night race. Great detail on the can too, it was a much needed boost for your score. Really good overall scheme.
44- welcome to he PBC! Pretty cool first entry too. This scheme kinda reminds me of clint bowyers base scheme. But really good first entry.
15- dude, that can is freakin sweet! I love the water drops on it too! You can tell you've spent some time on this scheme. I'm glad you left the base a muted color, but it's still on the verge of being too busy for me. But overall a really solid car.
97- one thing I've been taught from the PBC is your number defines you. I like the idea of you playing around with another custom number and this one is probably the best one so far imo. I'd like to see something a little more extravagant from you tho. Keep branching out and doing different things, add more brushes/logos that go with your sponsor. I think you can make a really solid entry with these added.
1- ok we've gotta start running different sponsors. Lol. I think the overall design of the car is nice and I noticed the extras you added to the car after our pm. It really added to the appearance however I think it could've been executed better. The cracker kinda looked more like a quilting square to me (we're very thrifty here). But nice scheme overall, just need to hone in on that base scheme. And I never got to see the top of the car. Really hard to score that way.
34- good luck with school bud! Car's still awesome though!
17- that cursive font on the rear quarter panel! Wow! I'm way more impressed with that than your base scheme. Milk is very hard to capture on a car. There's not a lot of shadows on something that's a white liquid but you somehow pulled it off. Great brushes all around. One thing you may consider is trying to wrap some of that base scheme to the back of your car. It was way too plain after seeing the rest of your car. Maybe a little milk splash here and there, I think it would flow better that way.

Thanks for the feedback everyone!
714 – For sponsor loyalty you get 11/10 so far this season. Anheuser-Busch has certainly gotten their monies worth out of you. I like your decal placement here, the lime between the number and the contigs was a good call, otherwise I think it would have been shoehorned in somewhere on the quarter panels. I like the color palette (I think it would look awesome under the lights) I’m usually a fan of your number, and it is well executed as always, but this one just seems flat. A darker outline/accent may have livened it up. Overall a good scheme though, keep up the solid work!
Gatoradefan - Where to begin? This is better than any Cheez-it scheme Roush, Hendrick or anyone else has ever put on any track. The base scheme is strong enough to grab your attention but not overbearing. The text is spot on from my POV. The crackers look really good and have texture and depth. I like your use of space, nothing is over or undersized. The c-post looks a tiny bit cluttered with Kleenex right on top of Valvoline. I think your sponsor placement would have been a lot cleaner with Kleenex moved to the bottom of the quarter panel or just in front of the rear wheels. It looks like you used in-game text for “Baked Snack Crackers”; please correct me if I am wrong, because as tight as this field is, that may be the difference between first and fifth.
AZSpud – Had I known you already had claim to Dunkin Donuts, I wouldn’t have gone with them. Leadfoot and I had two sponsors picked out and DD basically won the coin toss. I’m not sure as of yet if I’ll use my DD scheme in the chase but I’ll get with you via PM to prevent any conflicts. As far as the scheme goes I think you did well on the text but it could use some work just as mine did. The U’s aren’t even and the inner part of the D’s should be bigger. The apostrophe after Dunkin’ is also missing. The sizing and spacing of your letters is good though which is a good custom text skill and will help you go a long way. The coffee cup logo needs some work as well. That thing gave me more fits than I care to admit. The cup part should be a little thicker and it looks like you’re missing the steamy curly-q’s that go above the cup. The top of the cup should also be even with the square behind it. You got cute with some of your pictures again; some of them do nothing to show of your hard work. I do like your color choices though; they are subtle enough to create the image you wanted without being overbearing. I like your roof number with the box behind it; I like how it creates contrast using the sponsor colors. I apologize if I sounded harsh, but I felt I was best qualified to give feedback for this particular scheme. Keep up the good work man, may the best donut wagon win! Andrew – I like your concept here and feel you did a good job of not just doing a Jeff Gordon quasi-replica. The colors on the hood on the roof don’t flow with the rest of the scheme. I do like your rainbow waves so much so that I think they should have continued around the tail and or the deck lid. Your sponsor placement still needs refining. Study some other schemes (real-life and other PBC entries) and see how sponsors are placed and definitely accentuate your custom brushes. I’m not a huge Gordon fan but I like this one from you. I think with some refinement this one could come back in the chase.
Spud – I like the subtle No Fear along the side that disappear towards the rear and the other subtleties within the base. Another rock solid scheme from you.
JHartwig – Another homerun. It’s getting kind of annoying, knock it off. I’m kidding of course lol. A lot of great brush work with varying degrees of difficulty really shows your prowess as a painter. My only critique (a minor one at that) is with the hood. I think the brushes on the hood could have been placed more efficiently. While everything on the hood is a gorgeous brush, almost 2/3 of the hood space is just base scheme. This is, however, a great example of how effective a non-complex base scheme can be. Your winning streak just may live on.
Demonte – I really hope you make it to the Snap-On series before it’s all said and done because if you don’t, you will win out and walk away with the Exide Series Championship. My only critique would be the small Mtn Dew logo just above the Livewire on the quarter panels. I don’t think it needs to be there, especially on the driver’s side where it is right above the can. Otherwise another stellar entry.
Codered – Super solid first entry! Simple, not overbearing showcase of your ability. The number on the passenger side looks a little off to me. I can’t tell if it is off center or if it just how it appears in the pictures. The placement of the sponsors on the quarter panels seems backwards to me. One side reads DK bicycle Co. while the other side reads Bicycle co DK. Other than that, Welcome to PBC!
Energy – I...I got nothing. The can complete with droplets is spot on and one of the best executed brushes of the season. The only thing I can see that would be a critique is that you have Tide on both the B and C Post but that is really digging for something. For me, this is your best scheme of the year so far, I imagine we’ll see this one again.
Leadfoot – You’ve got the right idea, now it’s about proper execution. I’ll get with you via PM for further.
Big Cheese - Great base scheme this week. It is fitting to the sponsor without being too generic or over the top. I think your crackers could use some more texture and or depth. and I don’t think the hole in the middle is that big, but it’s been awhile since I had a Cheez-It. I definitely didn’t envy you being in the Snap-On Series this week. Keep up the solid work man!
Kane – Loved it the first time, loved it this time. Still my favorite bubbles.
Thermite – Dat brush work tho. I don’t think I can say anything that hasn’t already been said, another masterpiece. My only critique is the yellow box on the tailpiece seems, out of place. I think the lemon, the cookie or even more milkspash would have been better served back there.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I honestly didn't like my car that much, but it seems to be well-received nonetheless. jhartwig, the reason I didn't add the Billboard logo was because I wasn't sure if 714 would allow it. I may put them on the car if it comes back for the Chase. Anyways, on to my feedback.
6 - This is no doubt your best car of the season! It's just a bummer that you had to enter it in the most competitive field thus far lol. I like the colors, and your lime brushes are spot-on. The biggest issue I see is with the Bud Light text placement--it looks great on the hood, but on the doors it overlaps the grey/green area of the logo. You probably need to choose one or the other for consistency's sake. Nitpicky, I know, but with a car this good it's hard to find anything more notable.
28 - First off, that cracker brush is something else...you made a good choice making it the focal point of the scheme. I have to disagree with DeMonte and say that the subtlety of the base design really ties the car together. On the flipside, adding a sponsor on the quarter panel or in front of the rear tire would help make your car look just that much more realistic. As a whole though, I wouldn't be shocked to see this car grab a podium finish.
9 - It makes me glad to see you improving so much from race to race! Entering this car right after nightowl did may hurt your originality scores (no matter what the time stamp says). But it's still a good scheme. Something that may boost your scores is adding a little more variety to the splashes. Giving them gradients and going for a more photo-realistic look would help, too.
25 - As with nearly everyone else so far lol, this is your best scheme of the season. And the number looks ten times better! I probably wouldn't have put the colored blocks on the roof and hood, but the rainbow design on the doors looks great. Incorporating that onto the hood and roof somehow would really balance out the car.
00 - I love the blue/yellow color combo, and really wish more people did it. So the colors on your car are pretty spot-on. To echo what everyone else is saying though, the water droplets really need to be cleaned up. You need to decide whether or not they are above or below your logos, instead of trying to do both. With a little improvement, this car has the potential to compete for a series win!
13 - Eyyy, look who's back! As usual, this car would look right at home in a real-life Cup race. The logos are near perfect and your base flows well. I think that not having a photo-realistic brush like a lot of the other cars in this race will hurt you, but you're still due for a solid top 4-5 finish. One question I do have is about the text behind the door number. Normally I don't struggle with such things, but I can't tell whether that's in-game text or not. Anyways, another solid car that'll probably make the Chase.
10 - I see you're pulling a Kevin Harvick and are never going to finish outside the top 2 ever again lol. The design you have going on is simple, but it gets the job done because the colors work so well together. One critique I do have is the hood--moving the Doritos logo to one side and the Jacked 3D logo to the other may help balance things out a little more. But that's a pretty minor issue. Nice job as usual!
80 - Thermite made a good point about the whole IndyCar/NASCAR driver crossover. You're taking to this whole original paint scheme thing quite well! The colors on this car look great; I would just work on cleaning up a few of the designs. For example, the yellow and black curve that goes into the A post seems a little unnecessary. But with where this car is right now, I'm confident it'll make the Chase.
44 - First off, we need to get you a number emotion like everyone else lol. Welcome to the series! The car you entered has a simple base scheme, but that's better than being cluttered. My best advice would be to outline some of your logos and maybe work on the consistency between a few letters. But as a whole, this is a great debut.
15 - gr8 car m8, i r8 88/88
97 - Good job trying another custom number--that's what I like to see! It still needs a bit of work concerning the balance of thickness, but it's better than trying nothing. As for the actual scheme, it looks solid. It's just that we've seen ESP a lot this year. I suggest using a different sponsor next race.
1 - I'm going to start calling you Big Cheese from now on lol. I don't know if it was intentional, but I like the theme you and the 28 had going on this week. Unfortunately, the detail in his car may hurt your scores a bit. That, and the fact that you don't have a clear pic of either the hood or roof of the car. On the bright side, your logos are pretty spot-on!
34 - Not much to say about a re-entry. This was a good choice, though...it's a solid scheme.
17 - Speaking of a solid scheme, wow! I'd be really surprised if you don't take home the win this week. You did a nice job with everything from the sponsor brushes, to balancing the base of the scheme color-wise, to making the splashing milk look quite realistic. If anything, maybe a different logo on the decklid would look better since there's already so many Oreo logos, but that's digging really deep. It's hard to find any bigger issues with a car this good.

Here goes... finally have some time.
#00- First off, thank you for the feedback. I'll look back over it, but I'm pretty sure the coffee cup is along with the actual logo on my car. For the swirls, I just couldn't get them straightened out in time. On your car, there isn't too much to say that wasn't said already. I do, however, think there should have been more blue on the car. Maybe that's just me.
#1- I like the car you came up with, as it screams Cheez-It. But as has been pointed out, the sides of the Cheez-Its are gray and black. Looks really weird. From there a couple of the lines look like they're on a different angle than others down the side, but it doesn't really take away from the car.
#6- I do like the car, I just wish it had more to it. It's awesome. It is awesome. Tons of detail. I just feel like the car has more potential, as mine definitely does. Also, I'd take anything you can from Thermite's lemon to improve your limes in any way possible. Last thing is unless you're up close, the number almost gets lost in the white on the bottom part of the door.
#10- I've got nothing aside from parts of the car just look plain. I'm positive you tried different designs on your own, and they probably didn't look right, but if you can get something to look right, I'd go with it to break up the green. Them Doritos though, those are awesome...
#13- I've only got one thing to say here... amazing! I love this car.
#15- (Insert response to the #13 here). Awesome car, awesome awesome car. I love the details all over the car, everything.
#17- (Insert previous two responses here). Like the two I got to before you, awesome car. Aside from the fact the Oreos are lemon flavored... but hey, it speaks summer so that works. Though something about the leaf on the front fender doesn't seem right to me...
#25- Your cars were going in the right direction, but I'd say this was a slip up. I do kind of like the base color, but no one can do a rainbow car like Sam Bass did for Jeff... anyways, getting away from the base, the number, like everyone else has said, is looking better. Looking forward to your next few entries.
#28- I just... I don't know what to say! The base has just enough detail. The crackers themselves are spot on. The text is spot on. Unfortunately though, I do think it will lose out to cars like the #15 and #17.
#34- I think this will probably get repetitive, so I won't say re-entry. Whoops, I said it. Anyways, I don't remember if I've even offered feedback on this car yet as it is, so here goes. Everything about it says Coca-Cola. I do really really like the car, but of course it won't score where it should because of circumstances.
#44- Awesome start to the season, though as have been stated, there's issues. The # didn't mirror correctly from the way it looks, and the DK mirrored behind the Bicycle Co. on the passenger side. Forget the mirroring, and just stamp them. More tedious, but worth it. I also think a lighter number might benefit this car. But all in all, awesome start and we'll get things sorted before long.
#80- This car looks just as good as the soda tastes. I really can't find anything wrong with the car... but Halloween colors are all over this thing... *Hint Hint*
#97- Love the newest attempt on the #, but it needs a ton of work. The whole 9 and the top of the 7 need attention and straightening out. Maybe a bigger outline on your ESP logo and more base detail will help, because this car lacks. Also, like I think Hartwig mentioned, try out the metallic or gloss finish rather than just matte.
Awesome race for PBC, and I think everyone who needed it, including myself, is improving greatly. On to Race #7!

Thanks for the great feedback so far guys! I just wanted to touch on one quick thing that both nightowl and Energy had mentioned. The hood... The reason I didn't make the logos on the hood bigger and move them around side to side is simply because I was following the packaging of the product. I wanted to the hood to look exactly like the front of the actual Doritos bag. I too considered making the logos bigger and shifting them around, but I wanted to make it as authentic as possible, so that's why I left it as I did. If you look closely, you'll even notice I made the doritos logo cover up the Jacked logo, just like on the packaging! That's attention to detail!

If your paint scheme makes you want to buy the product, you've done a really good job lol. I gotta try those!
@ DeMonteHD: One thing I forgot to mention on your car... the LiveWire text kind of goes on an uphill slant I think, which you did, but when you use it on the passenger side, I would still have it slant so it's going with the body lines and not the other way. It kind of breaks the flow a little the way you did it. My Lemon Twist text was the same. It goes up from the bottom left to top right, so it looks good on the driver's side. But I broke the rules and made it go up from the bottom right to top left on the passenger side to keep the flow of the scheme. Just a small detail but I thought I'd let you know!

jhartwig246 – Best car of the year coming out of the BSR garage! You're starting to get back to the old 714 with great overall cars. So far this year, you've had some great brushes, but the overall look of the car has been kinda boring. But this car is the whole package! I think you've got a great chance at a top 3 finish. Thanks! Time has been a factor for me this year for sure and this car has been in the works since the Bud Light car I ran was finished. Just proves the best thing to make a paint scheme better is time and patients. thermite_917_917 6 - I think this is your best car of the season! Don't get down on yourself for thinking you're not going to win, because this one is definitely going to be a contender. It just sucks that you entered this one in the most competitive field of the season lol. But anyway, you finally have a really strong base scheme to back up your really strong logos, so great job! First car this season I actually made brushes for instead of painting the base on the car. Really adds to the depth versus roughing it as you go along til you run out of time. A well learned lesson I will take with me when working on chase cars. DeMonteHD6- When I see your cars I always think "it lacks in body work/base design". This weeks entry definitely sent that the other way, it looks really solid. It's gonna be a really competitive field, but this definitely belongs in the better half. I have always preferred simple or more real world styled base schemes. To pull that off in a competition like this one you really need some details to make what you have stand out and it has been something I have been lacking this year. It does help when the sponsor and reference material lead to it. gatoradefan116- this is by far you're best scheme of the season imo. I love the colors and the detail of the lime. Always a really good showing. I do have one issue though... The bud light font on the hood looks a bit off. As popular as this logo is, it needs to be dead on. But overall a really good looking ride! Thanks, Now that you said something I am missing an outline and drop shadow on the logo, I think the other part of it is the angle of the picture plus the contours of the hood. A detail I will need to fix if I use this car for the chase! nightowl714 – For sponsor loyalty you get 11/10 so far this season. That is where the fun is for me, trying to get as many schemes out of one sponsor. Anyone can make one scheme per sponsor from a list. Also seems more realistic for me. Sure cars have multiple primaries through out a season these days but for the most part its still one or two that are on the car a majority of the season. Thanks for noticing the placement of the lime. To be honest I spent some time on that. At one point I had two versions, the first had the lime smaller by the door where the BL logo ended up and the car I entered, actually took going to the track with them side by side for me to decide this was the way to go. I have gone away from triple colored number I used at the start of the season for a few reasons, mostly because most of my schemes are only three colors and its hard to find an order to put those same colors in that doesn't disappear into the base. I did try numbers with yellow in them but it looked odd since I didn't use it anywhere else, I also tried going with just a tad darker dark green but it ended up looking black. Energy6 - This is no doubt your best car of the season! I know right... I should have entered it last race, but I wasn't done with the lime brush. You are right there is a huge consistency issue with the text placement.. that is going to drive me crazy now. This is why I need teammates LOL not azspud00#6- I do like the car, I just wish it had more to it. Not much else I could have added, there is a good deal of detail in the color transitions from green to blue to cream to white to gray. Took a lot of time to match the gradients when masking the layers over to get that uneven torn effect. Not much I could take from Thermites car to add to my Lime, that would go away from the reference The only way to get around the number issue was either to add a color that already wasn't in the scheme which would have looked funny and against the sponsor. Or do the triple colored number I have and it looked awkward because one of the colors would have disappeared in the top half of the car, It was a trade off I i had to decide on and given another chance id do it the same. Thanks for the feedback guys, great cars this round!

What a race! I think this was the best field we ever had by far. Good job everyone!
#6 The old 714 is coming back. It's your best base so far. Great overall appearance, nice colors and solid lime brush. The only thing i can think off right now is a darker outline or a shadow for your number.
#28 Great looking car. Top-notch cracker brushes. I can see this scheme on Biffle's #16. Good job!
#9 You are improving. Solid Dunkin Donuts car with solid brushes and a good base. Keep it up.
#25 I like your number. The car would have been really good if it wasn't for the roof and hood. Nice improvement man.
#00 I really like the overall look of your car. I would have done the droplets smaller and beneath the logos but still a good looking scheme.
#13 Thanks for the feedback guys. Appreciate it.
#80 Awesome! This scheme is a sponsors dream. What an eye-catcher! Great brushes, great number font, great car.
#10 Another amazing scheme. You are the one to beat for a while now. Keep it up, it makes the rest of us try harder.
#44 Always nice to have new painters, especially skilled painters. Solid first entry, looking forward to see more.
#15 Thumbs up! That can is an outstanding brush. Nicely done! The base texture looks good too. Awesome car.
#97 Ok, you should work on that number mate. I guess i know what you are aiming for and it will look great if you can get it done.
#1 As the other guys said, some more pictures would have been good. Solid racy looking scheme.
#34 Amazing car. I know it's a re-entry but still... Looking forward to see something new in the future!
#17 Impressive scheme. I guess these photo-realistic brushes took some time. Great work Nick. This one should be a contender. What am i talking about?! This should be the winner.
