I'm trying to work on a diamond plate texture, and if I remember correctly, 714 had a post about it on the NTG forums that I remember taking a look at. Obviously, I can't go check that out anymore, so I could use a refresher. Thanks! Wasn't it just 3 triangles that connected to form a diamond, with different shades of gray for the 3D effect? I think mine was two right triangles back to back to make a bigger isosceles triangle, then a single upside down isosceles triangle underneath the top two. The top two triangles would be light gray and medium gray, and the bottom one would be dark gray. That's just off the top of my head though. Hope it's enough of a refresher. Maybe 714 could give his take as well. You could also Google "diamond plate" and find a simple image where you can tell what shapes should be used.

Diamond plate used to be popular back in the Inside Line era, but I have yet to see anyone use it in the PBCup this year...hopefully Leadfoot will change that haha.

Now that I've gotten past this painter's block, I should have some good use for it.
