Short field this week but quality is outstanding. Scoring this one will be tough. I see some potential chase schemes coming out of this race so lets dish out some solid feedback. I'll be the first requester.

I'll go ahead and post my feedback for every entry. If anyone has anything for mine, go for it!
00 - Very colorful scheme! It goes well with your sponsor. I like the creativity with the chocolate donut splash as well as the "Full Circle runs on DD" on the back. The scheme is a little busy in my opinion, and there may be some small things that need to be cleaned up, but a nice solid entry for I believe your first Snap-on Series race!
6 - Amazing job on your logos as usual, and the faded Budweiser is a nice touch. Your base is simple but gets the job done. Not sure if the logos alone will be able to carry you to a win, but overall it's a great scheme.
25 - Nice to see you continue to improve. The base scheme flows better than your previous entries and goes well with the camo. I'd suggest making sure the camo goes the same direction on the entire car, though, or tweaking the brush to make it more random. Your number could also use some more work in terms of making sure each rectangle is skewed exactly the same. Your logo placement is looking good too by the way.
9 - I like the idea of doing a tribute car. The in-game text might hurt you a little, and some areas could be cleaned up a little like the white curve over the front tire, but the base scheme goes really well with the Red Sox theme. I like how you pushed yourself to do something a little more complicated. Keep up the improving!
80 - Really great looking scheme! Your first entry was good but this is definitely a step up in every category. I would be shocked if you didn't finish near the top this round.
10 - I love the bowling alley theme! From the perfect game scorecard (which kind of sums up your PBC season) to the lane arrows to the use of lines and gradients on the sides, the details with this scheme will put you near the top yet again! My only real criticism would be the Vivid ball/logo on the hood. I Googled it, and with your skill level, I know you could push some photorealism with that. But great car overall.
34 - I wanted to do an Oreo scheme this round but didn't have time to do what I had planned, so I'm glad you did one. However, this scheme looks a little rushed to me. The Oreo decal is amazing, but the splash looks like you just used some sprays and splats, and the wavy line that goes along the side of the car seems like it's more in the way than enhancing the scheme. I've seen your previous Oreo schemes so in comparison this was a little bit of a step backwards in my opinion. I'd love to see you improve this one for the Chase because I know you have it in you!
28 - You're on a bit of a roll lately! I liked your previous scheme a little better, but I know you said you did this one in like one day, so all things considered, this one is still really good lol. Keep up the good work!
15 - Wish we could have seen a new scheme from you because you've had some great cars this season, but this isn't a bad one to reuse by any means! Obviously it won't do quite as well as if it was new, but I don't expect you to fall too far back in the results.
97 - We've seen this base scheme from you before, and that's not really a bad thing because it's a pretty good one. However, I still think your number needs some work, and it does not go well at all in the circle in my opinion. I also think your ESP logo should be lower. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with for the next race! That painters block will go away eventually!
1 - Glad to see you finally use your special texture for wood grain like I believe you said it was meant for lol. I think what may hurt this scheme is that everyone is going to compare it to Gatoradefan's version, which was simply amazing. This is a good scheme, but the splash doesn't quite look realistic enough, and there are some spots that could be cleaned up. But nice job overall.
5 - I like the base scheme on this one a lot. It's simple but clean and goes well with the Cessna logo. I think you have too many empty spots though. Having a sponsor on the C post, the decklid, and your name above the windshield would help the car look more realistic. I also think it would look nice to have the Cessna text somewhere instead of just the square logo.

Nightowl: At first glance, your car looks awesome! The colors pop out at you and who doesn't like donuts? Haha! But when you look closely at the details, the Dunkin Donuts logo could use a lot of work to make it better. Some of the letters look good, but then some are really fat compared to the others and some don't have the rounded feel like they should. The chocolate frosting and sprinkles are a nice touch, and definitely made me hungry for a fresh donut. Overall the car looked good, but you still need some more time to clean up some of the brushes.
714: Another great car from you. I really like the huge Budweiser logo under the main base of the car. But it also kind of hurts your car a little because it brings out the minor flaws in the logo brush. Especially on the right side of the car where the number doesn't cover it up. The big logo on the hood and rear fenders of the car is really nice and I'm sure took a long long time to make. You've got a thing with the shark fin look on your cars this season. I'm not a huge fan, but on this car, it seems to work a little better than on some others. Overall, it's a nice and solid scheme and the difficulty factor is definitely there!
Andrew: Being an avid outdoorsman, this car is great. The camo is a nice touch on the car, but it still could be better. Add a look of some depth to it, and maybe some grass and leaves and it'll look a ton better. The in game font isn't going to help your scores, so next time I would suggest trying to make the custom font. Your number still needs some work. Others have told you that the past few races, and maybe you like the current number or you just haven't had the time to fix it, but fixing it would help improve your score.
azspud00: I'm not a diehard baseball fan, but I do like to watch a few games here and there. The RedSox and Ted Williams are icons when you think of baseball! The socks logo looks great. It's becoming a dead horse, but in game lettering doesn't improve scores. I really thought you were going to try an autograph of Ted's and that would have been killer cool, it's too bad that didn't work out. I like the pin stripes look, and the ghost lettering under the main base is a nice touch, although I can't see exactly what it's supposed to say. You're continually improving though, and that's all you can really ask for!
DeMonteHD: With your history of replicas, everyone knows you have some talent. So in only your second PBC race, it's not a shocker that you're making really great cars! Your logos are almost always perfect. I know you were struggling with saving this car for a night race, but I really think the colors pop in the daytime light. I'm not a huge fan of grape, so I've never drank Pitch Black, but I've seen the bottles/cans in the stores, and always thought it would be a cool logo to make a car with, so it's great to see you make it. The only thing I think could have made your car score even higher this week is a difficult brush. A pop can or bottle would have been killer cool on this car! Hopefully if this car comes back in the chase format, you can attempt that!
Kane: That Oreo Cookie is epic! It's absolutely beautiful and looks so realistic! It's finally nice to see another painter tackling some harder brushes and the detail definitely is outstanding! When it comes to the car as a whole though, I think Coca-Cola! It almost looks like you took your car from last race, turned it blue and put the Oreo logos on it! The curvy design on the side of the car just throws me off. This car could have been one of the best cars ever made on these games if it only had a better base scheme IMO. Another great car though!
Gatoradefan: This car reminds me so much of your other Texas Pete car from race 4, that for me, it almost lacks a little originality. The quality of the brushes and the overall scheme are really great. The checkered pattern on the hood and top of the car looks great! It really adds some detail. But I think this is a little step back from your car last race. The chili peppers and the bottle of hot sauce last race were huge point boosters and on this car, they're really small so you can't see the detail and quality of them. But overall, it's another great car!
Energy: With a re-entry, you either didn't have much time to make a new car, or you came down with the dreaded "painters block" But it's better to enter an old car, than nothing at all! Hoping to see a great car from you next race!
themite: I'm love your base scheme! You've always been among the top guys when it comes to awesome and classy base schemes! This one is no doubt one of my favorites of yours! But when it comes to sponsor choice...ugghh! It's an easy sponsor logo. You can actually use in game and get away with it. Not saying that you used in game, but you could have and hardly noticed a difference. Another thing that surprises me about you this season, you've always been a guy with crazy awesome brushes and amazing difficult logos, but this year, I haven't seen that out of you! I'm sure time is a huge factor, and maybe you have something in the works. But I'd like to see that from you again!
leadfoot: I know from reading your post of the Facebook page, that you had painters block this race, so you just re-entered a car again. Looking forward to hopefully seeing a new car for Race 6.
Dinger: This car for me was difficult to score! When you look at it, it's absolutely beautiful, and this would look great on the track! Could easily contend not only for the Exide win, but even the overall win. But when you look closely at the details, and the overall scheme of the car. It's almost like you tried replicating Gatorade's race 2 car. The wood grain, the barrel rings, the bolts on the rings, the texture of the foam. It's all pretty much a copy of Gatorade's car. So for me, originality really hurt your score. But nice job on the overall scheme! It looks great!
IJARD: It's great to have you back for Race 5. Your car looks very clean and nice. But the sponsor isn't very complex and the overall base scheme while sleek and clean, lacks the wow factor. There is a lot of white open space and that takes away from the scheme a little for me. I could totally see McMurray driving this scheme, but for a competition, it just doesn't have the difficulty it needs to score towards the top.
Overall, a great group of cars! Hopefully next race we will have a full field of new entries again! And as always, feedback on my car is greatly appreciated!

@jhartwig: Thanks for the feedback! Yeah I realized I'm not a huge fan of some of the sponsors I have this season. Definitely lacking some difficulty. I do have something in the works for the next race though! While my Post-it scheme may not have been the most difficult, the process of making it was fun and it gave me some much-needed motivation to go big on my next one and mount a charge to the top once again

Thanks for the feed back, jhartwig24. Good idea of changing the camo around. I would definitely change it by the time for next season comes by. I would look in to the way the camo is in Tony Stewarts Bass Pro Shops paint scheme. The Duck Commander lettering is the same the as text 6. I also, added ducks around the paint scheme to give it the hunting feel. I'm going to work on the 5 little bit more especially the bottom part where the skew is more in than the 2 this week, as well I be working on some ideas for the next race entry. Thanks. I been noticing too, that I've been improving with very entry ever since race 1. I'm going to work on the camo placement. I know I need to work on my number especially the 5.

6 - Amazing job on your logos as usual, and the faded Budweiser is a nice touch. Your base is simple but gets the job done. Not sure if the logos alone will be able to carry you to a win, but overall it's a great scheme.
LOL Simple but gets the job done is pretty much the story for any of my base schemes. I just cant get myself to do a busy or overly complex base scheme, just takes away from the sponsors IMO I am hoping to bring not only that car but that brush back for the chase. The challenge was just getting the brush done and hoping to refine the scheme the second time around.
714: Another great car from you. I really like the huge Budweiser logo under the main base of the car. But it also kind of hurts your car a little because it brings out the minor flaws in the logo brush. Especially on the right side of the car where the number doesn't cover it up. I agree, as you could guess I paint mostly on the drivers side then just make sure the passenger side has everything that I cant mirror. I really wanted to work on that brush more to make it more presentable in a larger scale but I just didn't have time. Thank you for recognizing how time consuming the main brush was. Most likely the largest brush in the terms of number of brushes, layers, and time that I have made in a long time. I hear what you are saying about the "shark fin" style, I just cant shake it. I have always placed all of my logos and created the base scheme after to what fit the car. I am not sure if I am just in a rut or if it is the body lines of the Gen 6 Fusion that lends me to the same style base scheme over and over. I didn't think I struggled with that as much on the older slab sided body style even when I had phases with what I did with my base schemes. For sure will be something I keep in mind for the chase!

Hartwig and thermite, I completely agree with what you guys said. Now, I'll give my stance on as to why I used all the in-game text. I wanted to keep that baseball theme to it, so I used the text that resembles you know, almost any baseball number. Hence the in-game #9, in-game Ted Williams, etc. I'm kicking myself for not getting a better shot of the Red Sox logo, though I don't plan to use it again this season. As for the signature, I tried a couple times at it, but nothing worked out. Thanks for the advice!

I agree with Thermite. It would be really great if we could have some more guys provide some feedback. Feedback is what makes you better. It allows people to share ideas of what might work good or not so good. You can give other guys some advise on things that would make their cars better, or what things you really liked on their cars. Nobody is going to get better unless you get constructive feedback on their cars. When I first started in the pbc, I wasn't great, but after 4 years of great feedback and help from other painters, I have gotten much better. That's why I always try and help other painters when they ask for feedback or have questions. You can always come to me for advise. With that being said, I do want to bring up an issue that I've seen in the past few weeks. I'm not trying to be mean or anything but I just think it needs to be thrown out there. First of all, I had a guy message me a couple weeks ago (not saying names) but this person asked me for help making a grid for their logo. I once again tried to help, so I spent about 15-20 minutes making them their grid, and I guess the thing that really rubs me the wrong way is that this person didn't even respond. Not even a simple thank you. That's all that it would've taken. I just like to know that help and feedback is appreciated. And another thing that bothers me is when someone creates a new thread asking for feedback, and 2 painters give him some really good advise, not a response either. Again, a simple thank you for feedback would have been nice! Along with also giving others feedback. I feel if you can ask for it, you should be able to also offer it! Thanks to all who have been gracious enough to offer feedback and help not only me, but others through out the years. Let's keep the trend moving forward. That's what is going to keep the PBC alive and bring in new members, is by helping one another and being respectful to those who have helped! Hope you're all having a great weekend, and hopefully we can have a full field of cars for race 6. Best of luck to all!

I couldn't agree more jhartwig. Feedback is very important to the entire process, so important maybe it needs to required. It not only helps painters improve but it gives us insight to how painters score.
Here is an example. I have had some massive spreads with the scores I received this season. R1 3/12 (9), R2 2/11 (9), R3 3/8 (5), R4 1/9 (8), R5 1/6 (5). That is a difference of 7 spots on average. With out a lack of feedback it is really hard for me to find consistency with my season. What to improve on, what to change etc.
With out feedback it leaves me with many questions not just with what I enter but with how the series is run. Whats up with scoring? Am I being down scored? Are people paying to much in personal opinions? Are the technical parts of my schemes being over looked by some?
Honestly there are issues here. In the past we have taken actions for scores more than 3-5 spots out of the average. I have not really said anything due to the fact that they are my cars, which maybe I shouldn't have.
It is really discouraging when the more talented and experienced painters have me in the top 5 then the other half have me in the bottom of the top ten.
We are only two races from the chase. Painters on top of their fleet of cars are already looking at the entries for the three chase races. Without feedback how can they improve when they are reentering schemes? Will the painters scoring actually factor in improvements the way they should?
Further out than that I am already working on the outline for next season (Which will be starting sooner than you realize) If i am going to have that posted around chase time I really need to finalize scoring and feedback

00- Good car this week. The Dunkin text looks real good. The "FCR Runs On Dunkin" looks AMAZING. But, as I'll say with the 6, this looks too far within your comfort zone. It looks like other cars you've entered.
1- Awesome car this week. I really enjoyed seeing the AW colors on your car this week, in a somewhat similar and somewhat different way in comparison to the #28 in past weeks.
5- First IJARD, it's awesome to see you entering a car again. As covered by Hartwig, this is a simple scheme. It looks good, but it needs alot of work if you plan to run it again.
6- I scored your car relatively low because of one main thing... it looks a ton like your Charlotte car. I like to see painters trying new and unfamiliar styles, and well, this is a ton like your Bud Light car. You're a great painter, don't get me wrong. Don't get discouraged by it.
10- I really have no words here, other than the car is awesome. Though I would have done more to darken the car in the front. Just outlines though.
15- We've seen this car before. That's all there is to it. I like the car, but... we've already seen it.
17- Thermite, this car is another awesome one. There's a sense of your personal style like with other cars, but it's got some differences that suit the car well.
25- Your camo needs a ton of work. I have a Realtree type camo brush that I can use to help you. Just ask if you want my help there. I know I don't have a ton of room to speak on using in-game text this week, but that's what you need to step away from. Using in-game text.
28- You've beat the Texas Pete colors to death, but you've done it with style. Each of the cars you've entered this year have looked good.
34- This'll be the 3rd time I'll have said it in this post, but your car looks just like a previous car, being your Coca-Cola car. Basically what I said with the 6 goes to you too. Though I will say that the Oreo cookie is simply amazing.
80- The car pops best in daylight, that's for sure. The car is great, but there's a few minor things I would have changed on it. A darker green on the number outline is one of them. Only other thing, is the light background in the middle of the P, for example, looks super awkward.
97- First, ditch the circles behind the number. Second, the side of the car looks empty. Other than that, this, as with the 00, 6, and 34 is too similar to previous cars and too far within your comfort zone.
Feel free to leave more feedback on my #9!

I think this summer grind may have a role to play in the recent re-entries or super similar schemes. Whatever the issue may be, I agree something needs to change. Like I pointed out, 4 cars were similar to previous entries. Another was a previous entry. 2 cars are missing, those being the 13 and 33. There's been little feedback here. It's just... I guess pathetic is a way to describe it.

80- Only other thing, is the light background in the middle of the P, for example, looks super awkward. I thought the same thing at first, but I looked it up. That's just how the Pitch Black logo looks. Not a mistake on DeMonte's part.

6- I scored your car relatively low because of one main thing... it looks a ton like your Charlotte car. I like to see painters trying new and unfamiliar styles, and well, this is a ton like your Bud Light car. You're a great painter, don't get me wrong. Don't get discouraged by it.Sorry, I'm having trouble buying this! You scored my Bud car 6th against an average of 2.1, 4 spots over the average. "Originality" is only one factor in scoring. It's not so much painters trying new styles (most painters have their own style no matter what they try). In fact many other painters have stuck to the same style for a majority of the season. Originality is more for reusing the same base scheme or posting something that noone has ever done before. Also you should be scoring the cars of that race against the others in that race only. What I did in race 4 should not effect my scores as much as you are eluding to. Here is my Bud Light car from Charlotte and my car from this past race... Other than both having curved elements in the base that is where the similarity ends. The curved shapes are not even the same shape or decal. The Bud Light car is a crescent shape with a see thru center while the bud car has double curves with a drop shadow. Under that the Bud car is rather monochromatic with light rays in shades of red for contrast while featuring a brush logo. The Bud Light car is two tones with a gray textured hood/fenders and a series of blue gradients. Needless to say neither car shares any of the same decals in the base or shares any of the same sponsor brushes. Seems pretty excessive for some very distant similarities. Even more so when compared to some of the cars you placed ahead of me... The 80 seems to have green and red rings that are rather similar to his race 4 car. In fact until I put them side by side I thought it was the same car with a different base color minus the racing stripes. The 1 for the most part is the same base scheme with the wood barrel design has his teammate had earlier in the season. Which I did think was a nice car and I liked the differences between the two, If they had posted both of these cars in the same race I might have scored them both higher due to team identity. The 28 is another black car with a gray texture with red and yellow details. Once again another great car from the surprise rookie but some of his cars have felt rather similar. Which is why I am not buying the similarity down scoring my car so much even more so when you add the difficultly of the logos on my car. But I get it, you are not the first to mention my base schemes with curved designs, even if they are not your personal preference that is not what you should be scoring. Its the difficulty and execution. For example I am not a fan of of the abundant triangular shaped base schemes I have seen on multiple cars, multiple times this season but I have never scored them outside of where they fit in due to difficulty and execution. Lastly, at no time "I like to see painters trying new and unfamiliar styles" should affect your scores. You are scoring what they enter not what you wish they would!
