Any feedback is appreciated... I might have a post giving some later, MIGHT... You're logos and numbers are coming out nicely, you've definatly beaten me in that area. I'd say try to even out the amount of each color on the car to be as equal as possible. I did see green areas on tbe car, but to me it looked like the yellow was ttying to take over most of the car. Won't be long before you start beating me, though. You might have in this race, already! Haha!

@ Spud & Jake: Thanks for the feedback!
jhartwig - Any great rock album has a great opening song. You did the same by grabbing the pole! The drill is beautiful and the scheme is clean as always. I think the base fits the sponsor well, but it's a little lacking in originality. I do like how you have a good amount of white space though. You don't want a busy scheme with a decal like that on the hood. Nice job overall!
Energy - Awesome job on the logo(s). As someone who recently made the Pepsi Max decal, I know the "Max" is harder than it looks. The Pepsi "S" could use a little work though. It's not curved enough on the top and bottom. I also think your sponsor is almost too good for the scheme, if that makes sense. The base does fit the sponsor, but I think you could have done more with it.
714 - In my opinion, this is definitely one of your better base schemes! I think the "barcode" texture works, but as Jake said, it's starting to become overused, so it may hurt your originality score a little. But that doesn't take away with how good of a scheme this is!
nightowl - You've been good at going big and bold on your cars this season! Now start working on refining them a little (cleaning them up, etc). I think once you gain more experience, with these same ideas, you'll for sure be a threat for the overall win!
Spudweiser - In my mind, you're one of the leaders in creating awesome textures. The one on this car works perfectly with the rest of the base, and the whole thing really fits the sponsor. It was risky to only use white, black, and gray, but you sure pulled it off!
Andrew - Nice job using a custom number. Try to clean it up a little though (make sure all the vertical rectangles are the exact same angle, etc). I like the crackers, but I wouldn't have used them just on the roof, and not in that organized of a pattern either. Also, the lines on the bottom of the scheme near the sideskirt weren't too necessary. It kind of takes away from the scheme instead of adding to it. This car definitely has potential though! Keep up the improving!
Dinger - A simple yet clean scheme that fits the sponsor well. I'm not sure the gray gradient in the black section was necessary. That part would have popped more against the main gray texture if it was just a straight black. And speaking of the texture, like with 714's scheme, it works, but it'll hurt the originality a little. The direction of it kinda breaks the flow as well. But a sold car overall!
Vader - Looks like we unanimously like the exhaust! However, it seems a little too squished in with how the rest of the scheme is. It doesn't have enough room to shine, and then you have a ton of blank space above that area, so it makes it a little bit of an awkward scheme. Still good enough to have a decent finish though. And glad you came back for this race!
azspud - Another solid scheme by you. Might be a little "underdone" for competition, but it's probably better to have a clean and simple scheme than a messy and complicated one, especially when you're first starting out. Just keep up the good work and start pushing yourself to do a little more each time!
Gatoradefan - This car really stands out at night! I like the texture and gradients on the side. Your small logos get a little lost though. I might have put the Miccosukee one on the C post instead and kept the Kleenex one entirely in the solid gradient. Not a huge deal though. I also think the flame texture in the red isn't necessary when you have the other texture on the side. They kind of compete with each other and start to become too much. But nice car overall for sure!
Leadfoot - You're starting to get better at base schemes! This is one of your most unified cars so far. Nothing really jumps out as "out of place." As others have said, the number needs a little work, but good on you for going for it! Keep it up!
McNasty - Everything on the hood is some of the best I've seen on this game! That pig is awesome! Then it goes downhill as you head towards the back of the car. It fades off into nothing and kind of makes the car look incomplete in my opinion. But that hood just might be enough to get you a strong finish nonetheless!
Kane - When in doubt, just turn your car into a holiday theme! It worked for my Hamburger Helper car lol. This one definitely looks good with a patriotic theme. It won't finish as high as if it was its first appearance, but it's still a great scheme either way.

JHartwig – Beautiful showpiece on the hood, really clean lines and edges. An overall solid JHartwig entry we all expect and should be a contender for the win. My only critique is the designs on the roof, they seem out of place and not connected to any other part of the design. There is a nice floating perimeter around the top of the wheel wells that create a break from the design..except the ones on the roof. Other than that, great work once again.
Energy – You base has great texture and depth. Your brushes are spot on as usual and everything ties together well. I appreciate that your B Post isn’t as clustered as last race’s winner , I’d say you have another contender. To critique, I think a bit of blue somewhere on the base would have gone a long way in grabbing attention. At the wrong angle, The Discount Tire text along the C Pillar gets lost in the red. Overall another solid entry.
714- Personally I liked your Black Crown car from Bristol better than this one but you still have a good entry here. I love the splash-like design down around the exhaust and would like to have seen some more of that rather that the front fender designs. I think the Bud Light text across the roof would have fit better that the one centered logo. I will however give you bonus point for having the logo in view of the roof-cam. Good work though, I think you’re closing in on a win.
Spud – If there is a Kevin Harvick of the PBC, its you. You bring solid, win-contending entries every race. My only dig would be the text on the roof, it’s a bit small and difficult to read unless you’re right up on it. Andrew – I really like your base scheme, it fits the sponsor well. The crackers are fun too, Id give them some space along the sides, maybe somewhere in the blue near the rear end. You’ve already gotten good advice about your number, not much more I’d add. I gave you bonus points for attempting a custom Goodyear contingency however, make sure they are centered correctly above each wheel. You show improvement every race, keep it up man.
Dinger – I think this is your best entry of the season so far. Great design work on the base and on the brushes. Others have already mentioned the overuse of the wood grain design so Ill leave that be. I said it last race, but I think the layout of your B Post could be much better. The red design under the grill is just a solid block of red, I think it would add the overall flow of things if that got the same treatment as the rest of the red designs. Overall, Id say you’re the Exide series favorite this week and with Timmy sitting this one out, it should be a good points day . Vader – Welcome back man! I like youre scheme because its simple, clean and to the point yet, has some flash to it. Im with everyone else, the exhust looks great and honestly, Im suprised nobody did that brush sooner. I could easily see your car on track someday.
AZSpud – Another good rookie entry. The Subway text looks good, the Y is a little wonky but I think you’ve got a good start to work from. Id add more green design to the base or take what you have and make it bigger. Adding white or another contrast to those will separate it from your number which is also green. Your Jack Links logo also gets lost in the yellow. It needs an outline or a contrast to ensure its visable. Lastly, take more close-up pics! Youse got some cool action shots, but they don’t do much to show off your scheme. Keep up the good work though man, youre becoming a ROTY contender.
Gatoradefan – Really busy scheme, but it ties together in parts. The B Post is a bit clustered for my liking and your American Ethanol Ring is missing. Your brushes look good, but the busy base distracts from them. Also, I was under the impression that you moved up to the Snap-On Series, but you still have the Exide Series decal. (More a question than a critique)
Leadfoot – Your bases are getting better and better. All of your cars this year have had good detail work, now it’s a matter of building a solid base to put those details on. We will chat during the team meeting, lol. Good job though buddy, keep it up.
Thermite – I like your color choices, they all fit together nicely. Your scheme overall is attention getting without being overbearing which is a comfortable balance, but Your B and C posts look notably bare. Id say you have one of if not the best custom Goodyear contingency.
McNasty – Dat Hood tho..
KANE – The Black stars on the blue background are a bit hard to see but overall I like the scheme. Its patriotic without being overbearing. Nothing much to critique, just a really good consistent entry.

I have nothing for most of you, either because it was already said, or I just can't find something to say to improve, but here's what I got:
#00- I... I loved the car. I think the best thing I could say to you is keep it up, and keep smoothing out the rough edges, etc #4- The exhaust deal down the side was great. But, now that I look at it, the side # probably shouldn't be white, but that was covered already... so.. #6- The silver should've been lighter on the hood and whatnot, without the "barcode" design. #25- I know most of what I'll say has already been pointed out, but here goes. I'm not sure on that shade of red. The Ritz "R" needs some attention if you get the chance to fix that. The "Goodyear" shouldn't be mirrored. The crackers would be MUCH better down the side. The roof # should be taller than you had it, and the # just needs more attention. #97- The number, as stated, needs work. The base was nice, logo was nice, but the 7 I think should be thinner, with more up top.
So, that's what I got. Thanks for the feedback on my rushed #9 guys!

Thank you all very much for your feedback. I appreciate all of your tips, and with that in mind this car may return once it comes back from the repair table (aka, my mind) and after a few more designs are finalized (y'all gonna love one of em) Also, on this "barcode" ordeal. I know Energy called it as such last week, but that's not what I had in mind. This car was used on the same base as the Daytona Testing car, which had a "stainless steel" look to it. I figured "hey, I might have something that no one else would think of" and the week of like 4 cars have a similar idea with colors. Dang lol. So it wasn't meant in the same way as Energy's and others were last week, it was used as a special effect of the metal. The matte daytime look would have shown this, but oh well next race will make it look much better thanks to everyone.
I'll post my critique of your guy's fantastic work tomorrow

Here is my feedback for your guys. I know some guys had a some or little time to make a paint scheme for this race, and I respect that. jhartwig24 - The Drill brush quality is incredible. The two different colors of the Milwaukee logo is good including the white one on the back so won't interfere with the red, and the gray. Overall, you did a incredible job with implementing a drill brush onto the car, and skew squares, and triangles.
Energy - I like how you implemented a gradient background on the pepsi logo itself with the MAX brush. The tear effect on the sides and mostly the front is a nice touch to the car. It would cool if you did a reverse theme on the car like swapping the black with white, and same goes with the white to black. I know Pepsi Max paint schemes are black.
714 - The barcode effect on the hood going to the roof is good instead of being plain gray. I like how you did with the curve effect on the front to rear of the front tires also. The fading effect part behind the the number is cool, and it has the look when pouring beer or any type of drink in a glass.
nightowl - I like the idea you went with a cherry effect of 7up, and added cherries on the sides. The bubbles effect is a nice touch. The swish effect is another good touch to the car. Overall, I think you should probably change out the pink with a lighter color of red that resembles the color of cherries.
Spudweiser - The effect on the base goes well along with the style of squares, and the other things such as the gradient part on the roof, with the BOSE logo. Dingerfan - The lines effect around the paint scheme is good fit with the curves on the paint scheme. I think you just leave the area around your number just back, because the fading part does not look well along with the rest of the paint scheme. Vader0309 - I know that is challenge with the pc version, and making a very good paint scheme. The exhaust effect, and the quality on the sides are incredible. Those flames look so life like, and goes really well with Borla Exhaust paint schemes.
azspud00 - I would say the green goes well with subway logo, and the yellow of the base. In my opinion, if you had more time of creating the scheme, I would put more green around the car along with some white, and black also make a sandwich brush that complements the paint scheme well.
Gatoradefan11 - I like the idea of tribals or flames around the car for being the base, and working around to create the rest of the car. The idea of the fading of the red, green, and yellow is a nice touch. The flame camo quality on the bottom is incredible. Leadfoot530 - I know this will be short, the quality of the paint scheme is not bad with short amount of time.
thermite_917 - The paint scheme overall is a nice touch to ACE Hardware logo. The sides of the paint schemes looks the same as Kane88DaleJr except for the stars. The curves above the the front tires doesn't look well with the rest of the paint scheme.
McNasty - The American flag effect on the paint scheme is incredible with the shooting star effect on the sides is a nice touch along with its fading of blue going into white towards the back of the car. Kane88DaleJr - Overall the curves with the stars is a very good touch to the jimmie johns logo. I think I see Kevin Harvick would drive this in a race, but with less amount of stars on the paint scheme. I would like you do something different with the car instead having the curves around the front towards the sides of the car. I know the curve aspect is part of the windy city racing feel of the windy city of Chicago, Illinois.

Jhartwig - First off, that brush is the best I've seen in a long time. Your base scheme is great as well--I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that we've come to expect nothing less. My best suggestion would be to switch some of the colors around. White doesn't work great as a base, so swapping it with red could make the scheme pop a little more.
714 - Your cars have been improving each week and I like that. One thing I would have liked to see more of is the splash-like design in front of the rear tires. Carrying that over to the front and making it a bit more prominent would improve your scheme greatly, in my opinion. Nice job overall.
nightowl - I'm with Thermite--the boldness and detail in your cars week in and week out is impressive. I would just work on refining your schemes a bit more, i.e. outlining your sponsor brushes and base layers. In this car's case, putting a black outline around the 7-Up logo and cherries would do wonders to create clarity.
Spud - Not much to say here. I think you've hit a nearly perfect balance between realistic and challenging. Your livery is one I could easily see on a real Cup car. If there is one thing you could improve, it would be the background pattern, as it doesn't look very similar to carbon fiber. Although, if that's not the effect you were going for, that's perfectly okay. It still looks great.
Andrew - Your Race 3 entry is your best so far this year, no doubt. Still, I would make the Ritz crackers a bit more prominent and clean up the lines on your base a little. The clean, thick lines on the hood look great, so try to duplicate that on the door. Also, Thermite had a good suggestion about cleaning up your number a bit: make the decals more perpendicular, and make the outline thicker. After making a few of those changes, you've got a real contender.
Dingerfan - Not a bad base scheme this week at all; in particular, I like the design behind the rear tires. The critique I have for your car is similar to that of most cars this week: add and/or thicken some of the outlines in your base. Having the red design blend straight into the black and grey doesn't look flattering. Adding some outlines there and in your sponsor brushes would make the scheme appear a little more refined.
Vader - Nice to have you back, man. I know I've already told you this, but that exhaust brush is fantastic and has a lot of potential. The only thing I'm not a big fan of on your car is the blank areas in the white and black. It makes the scheme as a whole a bit awkward. Put some design in there and let the exhaust brush shine, and you've got a winner.
azspud - You're doing a great job for being this new to competition. Just focus on making your cars more complex each week, and you'll see a rise in your finishing position. As for this race, the Y in your Subway brush looks a little squished, but it's nothing too huge. I also recommend adding some more green to your scheme, maybe even swapping it with the yellow altogether.
Gatoradefan - That car looks fine under the lights, I have to say. My biggest critique of your car is the lime green--though I'm not familiar with the Sheetz brand, your scheme would look quite a bit better without it. It takes an already clashing race car and adds to the problem. As a whole, though, not bad. Busy paint schemes typically score well.
Leadfoot - Your base schemes are getting up there each race. Keep following that trend and you'll be contending for wins in no time. I like the detail in your car this week, but feel like it lacks in cohesion. Making the red a bit more prominent would help (basically, thickening the outlines). Your new number is a good start, but needs a bit of work. Make the 7 a bit wider and add a drop shadow to help that.
Thermite - I think this is your best car so far this year. Not bad considering you waited until the last possible minute to paint it lol. The base scheme and colors work well, but honestly I think the scheme is held back by the sponsor. ACE is a very simple brush, so I think that it will hurt your results, especially compared to some of the other sponsor/product brushes this week. Simple schemes usually don't score well. And that's a shame, because what you have looks nice.
McNasty - First off, I love the hood of your car. I wish you had used that same brush on the quarter panels (in fact, that's my main critique). I also think that some of the white areas look bare; adding a few subtle grey stars could help. The star decal on the door works great, and gold trim on an American flag scheme always looks nice. This should be a contender.
Kane - Speaking of Americana cars, I like the changes you made to your Race 1 entry. The navy stars in the blue may have been a little much, but as a whole it is still one of your better cars. It won't finish too well because of its re-use, but it's still a great looking scheme.
