The 2015 Paint Booth Cup will utilize they following games, NTG Inside Line and NASCAR'14.
SCHEDULE:
SPONSORS:
Primary: Each painter will have one unique sponsor. This sponsor will only be used by this painter. Once a sponsor is selected no other painter or team may select this sponsor.
Secondary: Each team may have up to five sponsors to share. These sponsors may not be used by anymore than two teams.
Team: Each team may have up to four team sponsors. These sponsors can not be used as a primary or secondary sponsor. They are strictly there for use as filler sponsors on the car. There are no restrictions as far as to how many teams may sign the same sponsor. Team sponsors are the only time in game sponsors will be allowed.
TEAMS:
Teams are to be no more than two painters. After each race, each team car will be rewarded points based on how many cars are entered in that event. For example if ten cars enter the race 1st place will be worth ten points. The points earned by both cars will be added up for that teams score for that event. After each event these scores are added together for an overall season score. At the end of the regular season the team with the most points will win the team championship.
POINTS:
1st=20 points, 2nd=18 points, 3rd=16 points, 4th=14 points, 5th=12 points, 6th=10, 7th=9, 8th=8 , 9th=7, 10th=6. From 11th on back will be worth 5 points regardless of position.
One bonus point will be awarded to the poll sitter. The painter with the oldest time stamp on their post.
Points standings are based on the total number of points earned after each event up until the end of race seven. After race seven the points are reset for the series chase. Painters will be reset and placed one point apart from each other, with bonus points for wins and participation added. Once the points are reset these new standing are used for races eight, nine, and ten. After race ten the painter with the most points will be crowned champion.
REQUIRED STICKERS:
Each entry must have the the following required stickers. Not having the correct stickers may lead to an entry not receiving points for an event.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Paint schemes must be original work to the painter submitting the entry. Use of replicas (real or fantasy) of any type of racing are NOT allowed. Using other designs for inspiration is ok but paint schemes must be at least 33% different. If it is discovered that you plagiarized an entry, that entry will not be eligible to receive a score. Any issues regarding the use of replicas should be addressed in the Scoring thread located in the media center section of the forum.
Each painter will have a reserved number that they request at the start of the season. This number must be used unless given permission to change it by the PBC committee.
Each painter must use the sponsors selected during the preseason draft to have their entry eligible for scoring. Primary and Secondary sponsors may be changed under the following guidelines.
Primary sponsors must be used at least twice. Once the sponsor is used twice the painter may submit a request for a new sponsor to be added.
Secondary sponsors must be used by a team three times. Once a sponsor is used three times a request to add an additional sponsor to the teams shared sponsor list may be requested.
Grace period. Up until results are posted for race race one. Painters are allowed to request changes to their sponsor lineup. After the results for race one are posted painters must follow the guidelines set above.
THREADS AND POSTING
Each race will be "hosted" at a specific track. Check the schedule to see which tracks coincide with each race. Pictures of entries must be taken at the track that that race is be held at. Failure to do so might make your entry ineligible for scoring.
Each race will have its own thread that will open on a scheduled date and time. No posting is allowed until the set date and time. The only posts allowed in race threads are those of entries. All other posts must be made in the Media center thread.
The Media Center thread may be used as a chat style thread, as long as posts are on topic to the PBCup and follow the forum rules.
Once the season enters the chase, entries must be paint schemes that you have previously entered in any of the seven regular season races. Changes may be made to the paint schemes in response to feedback received over the course of the season or updated brushes. Entries must still resemble the original. You are also asked to post one picture of when the paint scheme was originally posted, since improvements made will be a factor in scoring.
SCORING:
You must be entered in that particular race to submit a scorecard. Each race has a deadline for when scorecards are due. Each painter will receive a bonus score of "0" that will lower their average score to encourage submitting a scorecard.
Each car is to be scored with a number value and then placed in a finishing order. For the regular season there are three categories that you will score each car. Overall Appearance, Base Scheme, Sponsor Brushes, and Originality. You will rate each car in each category 1-5, 1 being the lowest score and 5 being the highest. The scores from theses three categories are to be totaled for an overall score with 20 being a perfect score. The following fractions of a point may also be used (.25, .50, .75)
For the chase a fifth category "improvements" will be added. This will make a perfect score of 25.
Once you have given each car its score you are to place them in a finishing order from first to last with the highest scoring car first. The car numbers will appear in the order the were submitted, please leave the car#s in this order to aid in overall score keeping.
No more than two cars may tie for a position. Ties in final scoring will be broken down based on starting position.
